Frank J. Carcione to step down as President and CEO of TelVue Corporation. Joseph M. Murphy to become President and CEO.

Frank J. Carcione, President and CEO of TelVue Corporation, located in Mt. Laurel, NJ, announced today that he will step down as President and CEO early next year, but continue to remain with the company as a Director and work in an advisory position for the foreseeable future. Mr. Carcione, who will be turning 65 in 2005, will be semi-retiring and work several days a week helping to develop the Company’s Virtual Television Networks service (TVTN). TVTN creates and provides ongoing support and programming for multi-media cable television access channels operated by municipal governments. Joseph M. Murphy, TelVue Corporation Executive Vice President, will assume the role of President and CEO on January 1, 2005.

According to Mr. Carcione, his motivation to make the move is to allow others in the organization to move up. He said, "I’ll be reaching retirement age next year; we are putting a new focus on the company (TVTN) and I would like to give Joe Murphy the opportunity to take the helm of this new ship right from the beginning."

Mr. Carcione has been in the cable TV industry for nearly twenty-five years. He began his cable career as the General Sales Manager for New York Times Cable-TV and moved up through the ranks to become Vice President of Marketing, Franchise Relations and Pay Per View there. He joined TelVue Corporation in 1990 as President and CEO. Under Mr. Carcione’s direction the Company grew from a start-up to a profitable venture controlling an eighty percent market share of the automated Pay Per View telephone order processing industry.

Mr. Murphy, 50, was one of the founding employees of TelVue Corporation and has been with the Company since it split off from Science Dynamics Corporation in 1987. He has been Executive Vice President for the last 10 years and is a member of the Board of Directors.
