TelVue Enters Into Content Partnership with Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc.

Mount Laurel, New Jersey, March 29, 2005 - TelVue Corporation announced it has entered into an agreement with Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc., the publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer, to carry high school sports scores on local access channels that receive a TelVue Virtual Television Networks (TVTN) local programming feed.

Beginning next month, TVTN will receive high school sports scores, standings and schedules via a daily automated feed from The Inquirer. TVTN will then route this data over its network to potentially more than 300 municipalities in the Delaware Valley.

Residents of each area served by TVTN will be able to turn to their government access or school district channel to see the results of recently concluded high school sporting events. Residents can also view their community's high school sports schedules and related conference standings. Pitman, New Jersey will be among the first to receive Inquirer high school sports information from Telvue.

“We are very excited about our partnership with The Inquirer said Joseph M. Murphy, President and CEO, TelVue Corporation. “The marriage of The Inquirer's high school sports content and TVTN’s unparalleled distribution technology will increase viewers to the town’s access channel(s). With TVTN, towns will now have the only channel on a crowded cable lineup offering high school sports information on a daily basis.”

"Providing high schools sports information through TVTN is another way for us to serve the region's communities," said Joe Natoli, chairman of Philadelphia Newspapers Inc. and publisher of The Inquirer.

TVTN dramatically improves the way communities see local access programming by efficiently disseminating news people can use; broadcasting information in an eye- and ear-catching format; and rotating "fresh" information while keeping content lively.

TVTN is capable of upgrading the look and feel of thousands of community and Public, Education and Government (PEG) channels around the country simultaneously. With TVTN, these channels can transform from text-based bulletin boards to multimedia outlets complete with full-motion video, graphics with voice-over, video-based public service announcements, local weather and traffic, and instant emergency alerts.

Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. (PNI) is the publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News. It is a subsidiary of Knight Ridder, Inc., the 2nd largest newspaper publisher in the United States.

TelVue Corporation is a public company trading on the OTC Bulletin Board as TEVE:OB. This announcement contains certain forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties.
